Adam Alexander is a photographer, firefighter, and salesperson based in Randolph, New Jersey. He enjoys capturing moments in time through various mediums.

Adam Alexander lives in Randolph, New Jersey. He calls North Jersey and Southern California home. He was born in central Los Angeles in the winter of 1974. At age 14 Adam moved to Dallas,Texas and at age 15 he moved to Madison, New Jersey. He purchased his first camera, a Ricoh KR5, when he was 15 years old and began learning the rudiments of photography. having his first camera allowed Adam to learn the difference between a snapshot and a photo. Mainly capturing photos for archival and personal purposes, Adam’s pictures where captured for hobby.

After learning about the spirit of volunteer service from a friend, Adam joined the Randolph Township Fire Department in1997. He learned about selfless service to the community that led to other volunteer experiences such as joining the Morris Minute Men First Aid Squad, serving on the medical crew for the Susan G. Komen 3 Day Walk for the Cure, and with the Moyer Foundation as a grief counselor at Camp Erin. In 2003 he joined the United States Army for four years and had one deployment to Iraq. After his enlistment he attended National University, San Diego, and obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology. Each of Adam’s journeys has prepared him to tell stories through visual media.

Adam has decided not to work in mental health in New Jersey and currently divides his time between photography, community service, and real estate sales.
